Return Policy

Returns Made Simple. 
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Mobilevision.com purchase, return it for any reason. Contact support@mobilevision.com to get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Technology: Because hardware technology changes so quickly, we can only accept it for return within 14 days of the date of receipt. This includes: printers, scanners, magnetic stripe readers and signature capture pads.

Consumables: Items such as thermal printer paper are only refundable if the entire package is in tact and unopened.

Refund Policy: If you paid by credit or debit card, we will credit your account.

Simply return your purchase in saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts, and your receipt or packing slip.
